After graduating from the University of Bristol, Dr Damon went on to specialise in orthodontics (teeth straightening) at the University of Gothenburg in Sweden. This has been voted the top university in the world within this field. A fan of evidence-based treatments and outcomes, he specialises in the Invisalign® system to empower his patients with a minimally disrupted lifestyle to achieve the smile they want. Such is his proficiency with this clear aligner system that he is officially ranked as one of the top 300 Invisalign® Specialists globally. With his involvement in the planning, reviewing, and refining (if needed) of Invisalign® cases here at Fleur Dental, he brings a world-class level of care and attention to your treatment and outcome.
Such is his advocacy of the efficiency of the revolutionary Invisalign® system that he also lectures on it to fellow dental professionals all around the UK. This is undertaken alongside his brother, Dr Ramtin Taheri, as part of their Aligners brand and ‘The Complete Aligner Programme’. He maintains that patients can achieve the smile they want in a healthy way respecting the integrity of the teeth while still making sure that the journey there is as comfortable, efficient and successful as possible. Dr Damon is also a fan of advancements and technology within the dental industry and makes use of digital dentistry for treatments.
